Khalia is a graduate of the Swedish Institute and brings extensive experience in chair massage, where she learned to “assess and address” areas of tension with efficiency and precision. She especially enjoys working with deep pressure and myofascial release. When asked what healing means to her, she shared: “Healing is allowing the body and mind to slow down enough to listen to what the body needs. Many people carry stress, tension, pain, and emotional weight without realizing how much the body holds onto. Healing is creating a safe space for the body and mind to reset, release tension, improve mobility, and reconnect with balance and peace.”
