Massage

Massage is a preventative and rehabilitative health care modality. It is preventative in that it addresses emerging pain patterns before they become chronic, and rehabilitative in that it can accelerate recovery from injury or surgical intervention. Massage is ideal for stress reduction, headaches, low back and shoulder pain, fatigue, and muscle strain as well as athletic related injuries such as knee, hamstring, and ankle strain.

“Can the therapist work deep enough?” is the most common question from prospective clients. Pressure is subjective so we train our therapists to develop a “clinical touch” that helps them gage the appropriate tolerance level for the client. We firmly believe that 80% of a good massage is listening. So our therapists will give you their complete undivided attention when identifying your treatment goals and throughout your massage to provide you a refuge from the stresses of daily life.
