Amanda is a perpetually “curious” therapist wondering “how does the body respond to different modalities?”.  She from The Swedish Institute) in 2009 and since has studied Thai Wat Po, Ortho-Bionomy and Lymphatic Drainage to name a few.  She’s a believer that “less is more” and when asked “what healing means to her?” she said “The restoration of the physical and Spiritual “Self”.  She move to New York from Hong Kong when she was 4 and is now a native New Yorker… Welcome Amanda Li!   Monday/Thursday/Saturday.

Amanda is so good at what she does that I reactivated my membership, which had lapsed during Covid, in order to work with her.

Healing massage

Amanda gave me one of the better massages I've ever had. She helped me out of a painful back spasm and also helped me with some neck pain. I'll be back.

Amanda Li was such a lovely massage therapist. She loosened up all my tense muscles, especially on my back and calves. I felt the difference afterwards and felt relaxed and refreshed. She also gave me tips on how to relieve pain at home. She had a unique point technique that felt sharp but worth it.

Amanda Li did such an amazing job working on me! It was my first time getting a massage and she walked me through the process excellently. I got up off the table feeling amazing and still do days later. It was an amazing first experience and I will be back.

I’ve been getting massages for a while. I sit a lot for work and definitely too stressed all the time. This was by far one of the best massages I’ve received in a while so really love Amanda’s unique technique.
