let me start off by saying i never write reviews but i FEEL compelled to talk about my incredible session with John. I came in with such tight neck and back and shoulders i couldn’t even sleep last night. John seriously is a magician like he truly melts off the tension in the muscles where I can picture it. This was my second session with John and i leave feeling “woah” how is that possible. Seriously the most talented healer ever!!!

So each time I try someone new at MPower, I'm always skeptical they will be as good as the last person, but I'm always wrong! This was my first time with John and he's like a master chess player or conductor in completely orchestrating muscles to move in the needed way, to relax, decompress, and be vulnerable. I so greatly appreciated his technique which releases fascia. Thank you, John!

John is fantastic. I have worked with him several times over the past few months, and he really understands my problem areas. He listens when I walk into the room, then devises his treatment plan. Awesome work.
