Pre-covid, I used to get a massage monthly. My massage place closed permanently during covid and I did not start massages again until a year ago with Kendra. She has worked with me to deal with pain from a stress fractures in the tibias, as well as other issues. It has taken a year, but after my last massage, I felt like me again. I did not feel tired from dealing with the pain in my legs. I did not feel the pain in my legs. Kendra listened to me and was able to find muscles that I did not realize were problems. Although I request deep tissue massage, she uses various techniques to relieve the muscle pain.

Kendra gave a great massage as usual and many thanks for extra attention to right shoulder-it's much better today.

Kendra has the ability to know where to concentrate her work, even if I do not sense that the area needs attention. She knows just the right amount of pressure for deep tissue massage and she adds her knowledge of acupuncture to focus on certain areas. She always ends the session with some advice as what to do between massages.

Although Kendra always starts by asking what is hurting, she finds other places to concentrate on that are in need of help. She uses different methods if she deems them necessary, such as cupping. She is very kind and considerate.

My legs were extremely painful when I walked into the office and were much less painful when I walked out. Kendra suggested epsom salt baths and I will try those. She is an excellent masseuse.

Kendra was amazing. I felt instant relief from the problems I came into the session with. She was thorough and applied the appropriate pressure. She addressed perfectly all of my concerns.

Kendra was the best thing to happen yet in 2025! I was extremely stressed out, and the massage helped relieve that as well as the usual knots in my shoulders.

What the pressure appropriate to your sensitivity level?: ye

Kendra gave me a great massage as usual. My shoulders feel much better, though I fear Kendra may need a massage after working on them! thanks
