I had a terrific massage treatment from John. He "read" what I needed to relieve the tension and tightness I carry in my shoulders and back. In addition I've just returned from a 16 hour journey so I needed help. I am so much more relaxed and deeply centered. I am so glad to have found mpower and to have had such a great seesion with John.

Hands down the best massage you can get in NYC! I would 10/10 recommend John and MPower if you are serious about receiving a quality massage that will address pain/soreness.

John - Best bodywork i have ever received

let me start off by saying i never write reviews but i FEEL compelled to talk about my incredible session with John. I came in with such tight neck and back and shoulders i couldn’t even sleep last night. John seriously is a magician like he truly melts off the tension in the muscles where I can picture it. This was my second session with John and i leave feeling “woah” how is that possible. Seriously the most talented healer ever!!!
