John

John is a native New Yorker who has a life long background in the Martial Arts. After studying Tui Na with Tom Bisio, John went on to become a licensed Massage Therapist from the Swedish Institute. Having studied many forms of QiGong, John’s touch has a healing quality that can transform. John is also a wicked guitar player, which has also contributed to his healing touch. When asked “What does healing mean to me?” he said “Balancing mind, body, and spirit”. Welcome John!

Overall it was a great massage. John found areas of tension that I wasn’t aware of and went above and beyond to ease out my knots. Love this place and have been coming here for years!

John was absolutely wonderful. I knew I immediately wanted to see him again afterwards.

John was very thorough and addressed my concerns and carefully listened to my limitations. It was an amazing massage and I will definitely book him again!

I was having some issues with my back and knee and John addressed them both relieving my pain and making me feel really great at the end of the session. He was attentive, professional and applied just the right amount of pressure. I would definitely recommend John to my friends.

I just had such a relaxing and invigorating massage. John found knots in my back that I didn’t know existed! I am sore but in the best way. Definitely will book with him again.

John is a phenomenal therapist! He has a massage technique which is the best I’ve experienced; giving me much needed relief from my aching muscles. John is knowledgeable, professional, and very dedicated to his profession. I definitely recommend him!

John asked me if I was pre- or post-event. I said I had just returned from vacation and likely tweaked my lower back, and I'd been doing flying trapeze. He suggested a bit of shiatsu to see how I responded to that, and I agreed. He addressed everything I needed (left shoulder blade, lower back, tight hip flexors). I feel refreshed and better adjusted. Thank you so much!!!
