Kat is a graduate of Pacific College of Health and Science and is proficient at Deep Tissue, Sports and Swedish Massage. She’s likes to work with athletes, dancers and anyone who exhibits chronic symptoms. Moving to the US (New York City) as a teenager, she gained a love of learning about new cultures and people all over the world, leading her to live in Japan which molded her holistic view of health.healing not just the body. As a prenatal therapists he believes that touch can never come too early or too late. Additionally she is an advocate of drawing up on the Holistic forces of the whole body instead of being completely symptom oriented. She also believes in the importance of Trauma-informed care. In her free time, Kat can be seen knitting/crocheting, while listening to an audiobook.
