Our view of nutrition is that it is made up of the food we ingest and the lifestyle choices we make to nourish our selves. Nutrition is a vastly important and often overlooked component in health considerations. The kind of food we give to our bodies absolutely plays a role in how we function and feel.  The kind of lifestyle choices we make are important and should include meaningful work, relationships, physical activity, and other practices to help nourish the soul.

There is a lot conflicting nutritional information in circulation as well as myths that exist.  We help you navigate through this information and provide guidance that will help you understand what is best for you.

Our nutrition counselors will look at the whole picture of nutrition with you and support your nutrition goals with sound whole food dietary programs, targeted supplementation, and healthy lifestyle choices.
